Thanks to Snowcat from the PS Forums for this, I think we have a surefire way of playing Ooblag now with losing very little to no credits at all with each game. Here's how it works.

Choose Win, and place only 25 credits down on it. Then roll, if you auto win or lose you'll either win some or lose very little. Now here's where it gets tricky. If you roll a point number that is either 4, 5, 9, or 10, then on the second roll, place 1000 credits on 7, and place 975 credits down on the the number that has the little blue circle above it. If you win, you'll get a lot of credits off that game, but if you don't the credits should cancel each other out so you technically won't lose any. If you roll either a 6 or 8 as your point number (first roll, will have a blue circle above), then bet 25 credits ONLY on 7 and nothing else. these should cancel out as well if you lose.

I've been trying this out and the only times I've lost credits were that very first roll if it turned up to be 2, 3, or 12, the auto lose rolls, but those aren't that common, and even if they do show up its only 25 credits lost so literally nothing. Also keep in mind that this is time consuming, but it does work.

Im not sure if it just me or what but I dont seem to get credits each day by just going to the table in my personal space. I played early yesterday and went back to the table in my space after 8pm and still had no credits. I figured maybe it hadnt reset yet so I waited until today to return......still no credits. So I went to the public space, entered a table and saw that I had 2K--went back to personal space and still didnt have any there. I removed the table and put it back and then did have the 2K at my personal space table (btw, in the first game I played after doing that the multiplier was at 20 somehow). I might just be missing something here, but it doesnt seem like the reset automatically triggered the credits in my personal space.

I am going with the way 8 days, get 2k per day to get up to 26k to get the reward. It's because it's technically the most reliable strategy since there is an inherent house advantage in craps. But also because I don't find craps to be very fun to begin with. Wish it were blackjack.

Diamond had problems claiming hers yesterday as well, she had 13k credits before the reset, then after she went back to claim her freebie 2k, her credits reset to 0 :wow: But she went back last night to her table and she had 15k credits.

I think if there are issues or not, your credits are there and you do get your extra 2k daily, it has to save on a server somewhere so its not completely lost for good. Its pathetic though that we have to go through all that just to get our credits to show up properly, after all the supposed Q/A sessions the space went through to finally be published in Home, as well as the VERY long wait to make sure that "it works perfect"...

I'm no expert at craps (doesn't that sound rude) but for me it seemed to work well when putting 1K on those big multipliers, like the 3x3 for 6. Anyway, fun to try out all these methods. Got the outfit yesterday and I think it's pretty cool.

How many credits do you have? It could be because you have a low amount, I'm not 100% sure though.

I had no trouble placing 1000 bets... I think if you have a low amount (1000-2000) then maybe it won't let you? I'm not sure what's going on there :dontgetit:

I followed some advice on this thread, and I played between 20K-12K credits. Not bad. I hope I'll reach 34K so then I can get that reward.

Recca, alien outfits are rewarded at 25k, nothing else after that so you're free to stop there :p

I thought it was 34K, according to AZ4.com. And yeah, I'll stop after that. :p

AZ4 hasn't been as reliable lately. Judging by what you said, they seemed to do a hit and run "copy/paste" job after seeing someone had earned a reward without actually confirming it for themselves. Trust me, it's 25k, have confirmed it myself on 3 accounts already.

Don't get me wrong, AZ4 does a good job with their catalogue and reward list and such, but lately I think Cube's been busy with his life and not getting right on newer rewards as they come. Enough about that though. I got your picture, nice work :p

Im not following this. I can understand how this method would keep you from losing credits, but I dont see how you can win any. If the point number is 4,5,9 or 10 and you put 1000 creds on 7 and 975 on the point, you wont gain any points either way. If you roll a 7 you would lose the 25 on win and the 975 on the point number. If you roll a 4,5,9 or 10 you lose 1000 on the 7. They cancel out both ways...right? Sorry if I've missed something, but I tried this after failing AGAIN and I couldnt get anywhere. At this point, with how rigged this game is, I will probably just collect the 2K each day until I get the damn reward.

The problem with things like this online is that it is technically impossible for a computer to be 100% random. Some card games and other gambling games online are better than others depending on how well they are programmed. This game is obviously very poorly programmed with the outcome of each roll of the dice being pre-determined by user input.

Real cards, craps and other casino games are based on odds that, if figured properly, can give you an advantage. This here is plain old 100% dumb luck......and me and Mr. Luck dont get along well these days. :ranting:

You're setting out those exact credit numbers just in case you hit Lose on a second+ roll. Yes you'll be giving the game about 2000 credits if your first roll isnt an auto win/lose, but after the second roll, lets say you land on a 5. If you land on a 5 again after getting 975 on 5 and 1000 on 7, you'll get back the 2000 credits you put down as well as 1000 credits winnings, this also applies for 9 since they have the same credit multiplier.

If the point number happens to be 4 or 10 and you land on those numbers again after setting out the right credit amounts, you'll get your 2000 back plus an extra 2k credits. You're making credits as you play but in very small amounts, see. If you happen to hit 7 after the first roll, you putting down that 1000 credits on 7 will net you your lost credits, which is why it has to be done this way in order to not lose any credits (unless you roll 2, 3 or 12 on the first roll, an auto-lose, but its only 25 credits lost).

Again, trust me this works. I had 4k credits on my NA account last night and I did this method and had 26k credits after playing for a few hours. It takes some time but it does work.

Ok, I wasn't taking into account the multipliers for the individual point numbers amidst my frustration of playing for about 4 hours and ending up at 0 again. I will give it a go again at some point. Thx Chad

Must it be from the public space or does it work on your free casino table in your personal space?

    So it's 25k and not 34k points?

How long do you have before the 2k disappears/resets starting from 5pm EST?

Also, does it matter where you earn your credits - personal or public space?

Lol, not much of a gambler - only have like 5k currently. Gonna rely on this method.
