The ford space is really great, and I love the fact that the mini game isn't confined to one space.
You know, we're a lovely bunch over here in EU. How about sharing the love with us too

Have to say ford digital photo frame best reward on home in ages

 

Love the space and the mini games. The only issue I had with the mini games was in the theater. As I was running around looking for the bluetooth calls, I ran a little too close to the store kiosk and was taken into the store. I couldn't leave the store without quitting the game (at 9/10 argh!) and starting over. Same type of thing with doors to Central Plaza, but was able to cancel out of that once since I hadn't downloaded it yet. Is it possible to disable the store (and auto transport to Central Plaza and theaters) while in a game? If there's not an API call for it, there should be. Probably not worth it to modify the current mini-games, but for future reference for (hopefully!) future mini-games from Ford.

 

This all sounds great and I'd love to visit it, but I only use the EU version of Home.

Brian, can you shed any light as to whether and when this space will head to European shores? Thanks in advance for any information you can share.

 

when i enter the car it only gives me to option to do the turn by turn quest. i cant do any of the other quests and i cant do that one without the phone. any suggestions?

We do not have any plans to bring the Ford showroom to Europe as of now. However, we are always evaluating our programs to see if they can run in other regions.

Hey Brian--really nice job with the Ford space in Home and the rewards. It was fun to get together there last night with you and friends.....hopefully we get to do that again sometime soon. I just saw your G4 video from E3 alsol--well done...very impressive what you are doing to market Ford and your new vehicles by keeping customers and the younger generation involved.

 

hey Brian, I'm sorry to have missed ya. Coming home I was late from school, and PS Home erroring for half an hour really made me late. I was hoping to meet you, but I guess I had bad luck.

I finally did get to play the game today. it was FUN!. We haven't had enough events like that in Home lately. I especially liked the search with the rumble on the controller. That was a very smart idea. And I enjoyed it.

I thought you did a good job on the rewards too. That black Ford shirt is exactly what I was hoping one of the rewards would be. And it was designed exactly how I was hoping it would look.

I'm also was happy to see that nice and HUGE picture frame. That was one of the coolest rewards I've seen in Home. I remember when Home charged a bunch for the first one. And it was pretty basic. Maybe 12 grey facets and the picture. I think it's a great reward. Especially for someone new to Home who may not have a frame yet. great idea, And well done.

The globe too was very nice! It will look great on my Amaterasu yacht. Or whatever they call that space nowadays (it changes name). I hope one day you will make another reward with it, but maybe even bigger! I would love to have that as a large centerpiece in one of my virtual rooms. that would be something.

btw, I have a question. Picture frames often look best at a certain pixel size the frame was designed for. Can you tell me what the exact size of the picture (in pixels) the frame is suppose to take? Or proportions?

 

i agree fire the rewards are very well done . i put the pic frame in my habor to see what it looked like and the pic i put in it looks great. it even look like the pic is behind a glass and give a faint reflection ( atleast that is how it looked to me lol ).

Yeah i like the Ford Picture frame but the Glare from it in Harbo Studio looks bad... AWW!

I haven't tried other apts... with it yet but in Harbor it's bad Glare... Oh Well!
