I wanted to share something that's happened to me a few times before, just to see if anyone else has had the same experience (though I strongly doubt this is unique to my account). After I joined Home 4 years ago I quickly decided to buy the Ratchet and Clank apartment out of pure nostalgia. Anyway after I'd bought it I noticed that I had also gotten the Skid figurine with no extra cost, and only paid for the apartment. About a month ago the same thing happened when I bought the Indiana Jones and Mola Ram costume sets, and got Dovchenko's hat as a bonus. It also happened just 30 minutes ago, I bought the furniture packs for the Frozen Peak Palace and Mount Olympus and was given the Mt Olympus apartment as well. The strange thing about the last one is that I was unable to buy the Mt Olympus apartment due to a permanent store error, and only bought the furniture pack to decorate the new apartment from the Challenges. So, have you guys ever experienced the same thing? Surely I'm not PS Home's "Chosen One"? (Sorry, had a Matrix marathon this weekend...)
If you read the descriptions of each, it tells you what items are downloaded with each bundle or personal space.
Usually if you can buy something and get something else you buy free, its a mistake or bundle. If you buy something and get something else you can't buy its a reward. I picked up a mistake on personal casino bundle the other day. It was £7.99 ( about 14 dollars) in the EU for about 3 hours. Sent from my ST25i using Tapatalk 2
Find an item, then before going to use it, whilst it's on screen press L3, it gives info on the item. You can also go, menu, personal, rewards & it lists all rewards. Finally, whilst not in home, XMb, go to account, purchases (IIRC), & it lists all purchases. Finally. If you can, find cb's video tour/showcase & list what you got, it can make a real difference for us to find out these things.
As far as I know all the bonus items I mentioned are listed as purchases.The thing is that the Mt Olympus bundle was only a furniture bundle, and was not supposed to include the apartment itself. It's the same with the Indiana Jones items: I bought the costume bundles for Indy and Mola Ram, none of which were supposed to include Dovchenko's Hat. I suppose it's just a glitch that works to our benefit...:grinch:
