The artwork is very nice. However, I have so many old spaces that are empty rooms, I have to be more selective as to what I buy these days, regardless of how cheap it is. One big disappointment with this space was that "Cosmic Corner" was not just included as part of this space, rather than an additional purchase. Cosmic Corner is basically a parking lot with a view. And a small one at that.
I bought this on a whim and while it's not an awful apartment, there is nothing really speical about it. And it 500yen it seems really overpriced. So this will be the last normal apartment I'll be buying. If it doesn't boost a ton of stats, reward guests with gifts, or have a really interesting mini game, I'm not touching it. So I can't recommend this unless you really really want a coffee shop.
It's i space i can see being used for filming, for them that do that stuff, but it's not a space i would personally use to hang around in. the style is nice, but now days a empty space just does not cut it anymore.
