This is one of my favorite space in Home.

I'm sure you encountered in other personal spaces, areas where you'd like to put something. You may see a shelf or ledge and think it would be a great place to put a vase perhaps only to find out you can't because there is an invisible wall which prevents you from putting anything there.

Well, the shelves in the huge Cutteridge Estate are not just for show, you can put anything practically anywhere in this space. What this means is that the Cutteridge Estate offers one of the highest degrees of customization of any space in Home. If you love decorating you'll love this space.

Plus it is a huge space, one of the biggest in Home that I've seen so far. It is a old fashioned house with both a downstairs, upstairs, and large space surrounding the outside of the house, which you can walk completely around. The outside also affords a large degree of customization as well. An aspect which is rare in Home spaces.

It is kind of dark in this space, though not as dark as it use to be from what I've heard. The weather in the space cycles through kind of foggy, to raining cats and dogs with thunder and lightening. This also set this space apart from other spaces.

The space also has incorporated an air of spooky mystery. There is a crying shadow woman who appears in different locations throughout the space, as well as creepy scarecrow in the neighboring field. Also, there is a luck room, in which weird and disturbing can be heard coming from.

The developers, Juggarnaut, have continued to develop this space. It continues to evolve and the mystery surrounding it and other various aspects will be revealed over time. It is this sense of evolution which is perhaps it's biggest asset. It ensures that people will keep coming back to this space after the initial novelty has worn off. The price is a little more then most spaces. However, this space offers some of the best value for your money.

Ok, this estate FINALLY came to the EU, and is priced at 3.99! which is very good considering how massive it is. I agree with other reviews posted and am not going to rewrite what has already been written. This may be an EU only thing as no one else has mentioned it: but in my estate near the kitchen there is a large photo of the estate on the wall, I can interact with this and change how it looks, you can have it with rain or without rain, or have it so it drips! so it's always moving which i thought was pretty cool XD.
Also, on the right hand side as soon as I enter the estate there is a "poltergeist puzzle box". I thought they were free items at first, which I suppose they are, it consists of a book, knife, skull, plate and asortment of candles. All you do is place them around the manor, where ever you want (limit of ten). Then, if you run upto or past any of them they levitate and fly towards you avatar sending you all over the place! which is really fun if your guests are not expecting it! No one else has commented on this so I assume it's an EU thing??
The vents that have been mentioned are also in my estate, I managed to use the puzzle box knife to get into the one under the stairs, I'm not going to say whats there as not ruin the suprise for anyone.
Overall, I really like the space and recommed it, I didn't find it to be too dark either, I thought it was quite well lit. The item limit, which I think is 50? is a bit of a pain and the weird sound the wind makes gets annoying after a while, but these are the only cons I can think of. The atmosphere of the estate is very chilling and the ghosts that appear in and around the estate add a nice touch. The mini game is also a bonus and is quite challenging, but still fun, upon entering the space for the first time i was rewarded with a small book with glowing blue print on it as an accessory, which was nice. Overall I use this space alot and is at present my favourite, I understand that it is not for everyone as it is dark/spooky and gothic, but if that's what your into then this is a must have!

I just HAD to review this, lolol. ANYWAY. I love this house. The eerie cliff overlooking a mist-surronded lighthouse was a nice touch. I made one of the rooms a living room, the other (with the table) a dining room complete with chairs and food set on the table, the next room beside it a second living room, the two upstairs rooms some bedrooms and the two remaining ones a bathroom and a baby's nursery. I could fit many of my items in the space. I have many complaints, though. First off, the rain. I dislike how I come inside from the rain and all I hear is "whooooosh" or what ever noise the wind makes. It's very annoying. It's also a pain to stand by a wall in a room and hear the trickling of rain. Second, the attic type room was really not necessary. I doubt anyone decorated it. And finally, I do not like the ghosts that swipe at you. Very annoying. To sum it up, even though I have purchased many spaces on Home, this is one of my favorites.

Upon entering the estate, I liked the rain effects, it made the scene look unique, a table is already in the dining room for you, and there is a variety of rooms such as a Study, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathroom, 2 Bedrooms, Living Room, attic and a room that overlooks the sea. As you can tell, this is quite a lot of rooms, there should be less because of the furniture limit, a cool feature is the minigame, You have to light candles and avoid ghosts to
complete this (Ghost appear in the estate at random) game. You get the Soul Reaper costume for male and female for winning. This space is very good but not for everyone, and the price 6.99 is a little high

I had to have this personal space as soon as it came out! I completely love the styling and feel of this space--any space that looks historical makes my day, and this is the biggest and best historical-looking personal space available, perfect for my besuited old-fashioned gentleman of a boy-avatar. The ghosts are delightful--they can still surprise me when they show up and swipe at my av, and I've noticed that if you let them grab your av a few times, bloodstains gradually appear on your av's face and clothes! The scenery outside, especially the view of the sea off the cliffs, is amazing. The minigame is actually a fun challenge! It's a great place for parties, especially with a brimstone dancer or two set up in the bedrooms. If I had to pick something that bothered me about the space it would be the arrangement of the rooms on the first floor: the kitchen is behind a tiny sitting room, and the formal dining opens on a conservatory and library--it should probably be the other way around to be really correct, but I can live with this minor architectural oversight. Overall this is one of my very favorite personal spaces on Home, and would be the perfect new home base for any goth or horror fan.

I think this is a verry nice space, multiple spacious rooms including, (first floor) 1 dining room with chandelier and long dining table, a well lit sitting room, study with a fireplace and walls lined with bookshelves filled with literature, kitchen with its own fireplace as well, and another empty room witch i used as a pool room and placed a billiard table in, (second floor) 2 identical bed rooms, 1 bathroom, a larger bedroom with balcony, and a~ well I guess you could call it a storage room has a creepy attic feel to it dark dusty and covered in cobwebs.

    this and that
    Crying woman:
a shadowy figure of possibly the estates mistress who wanders the estate

    the mirror:
a pone entering the home you see a large mirror looks innocent enough but go into the attic I mentioned and follow the wall to the right and you'll fined a opening hidden in the shadows that leads to the other side and you will discover it was a window from that side. . . perhaps you were being watched . . .

    Mistresses bedroom?:
on the second floor their is a closed door that an eary green glow can be seen radiating from beneath it wounder whats inside. (I haven't been able to get in not even by trying to glitch a small item in even the window on the outside is blocked by shutters sorry guys your guess is as good as mine)

    the ducts:
I've noticed 3 shafts so far that all have the same green glow as the closed bedroom. but it is in my opinion that these shafts are just an old form of heating fro the old home because their all connected and i cant explain the glow sorry.

duct 1: in the fire pace in the kitchen.
duct 2: to the right of the stares its hard to see because it;s a small vent at floor level in the back
duct 3: on the other side of the mirror easy to spot.

    the scare crow:
Ummm ya I thought i should just add this now because im looking around the house as I do this. to the left of the house just beyond the fence is a small umm idk tabaco field and in it is a scarecrow dawning a old civil war union uniform a pone closer inspection it's hands are incredibly detailed and makes me think . . . . >>' ya I think it's a corps. But i was just looking at it with my camera so i could get a better look using first person view and when i looked up from my lap to he was gone, and when I looked around he was 8 feet or so to my left and a heck of a lot closer (freaked me out) so apparently he moves.

    Lingering spirits:
their are other ghosts in and around the home some circle the estate others will pop up and take a cheap shot at you, some cause mischief and make noise like breaking glass or whispers.

    mini game:
yes the mini game a thrill that was took me a dozen tries or so but I got it done basicaly their are candles in each room and you need to go light them once you start the ghosts come after you and with each candle lit more come, one hit and it's game over.

Tips: before you start lighting locate all the candles first and decide your pathing
    remove obstructive furniture,
turn up your gama to help you see in the dark areas.

    Final thoughts:

All in all fantastic personal space a great weekend stay for you and the kids lol.

What would I like to see:

maybe access to that bed room via another mini game and it all some how leads to finding out the lore behind this personal all space, I love a good story, maybe fined the mistresses journal and read all about it trololol any way hope this helped.
