Yeah the only mansion perk is the shooting stars, kinda makes you wonder if in the early builds the red eyes were the perk seeing as how the plum tree pavilion gets koi fish yet in the club house version the koi are missing

 

Yeah those beaming red eyes hiding in the dark aren't creepy at all.....

this made me so mad, i saw them in the open house, i knew the stars were the perk so i got this for my clubhouse and they are not in it. for no reason at all. i am pretty dissapointed that it for some unknown reason was not included in the clubhouse version, as it was a major selling point for me.
