Elmo's only here for Street Fighter X Tekken(hopefully the costumes aren't one piece cause ugh I know they will overflow my already stuffed closet), The previously released ladies items and the wardrobe wars clothes(though not all of the reward outfits really interested me). O yeah and strangely I'm drawn to the cucumber furniture line, I might end up buying that.
Really hope wardrobe wars has been thought out properly, so people can't easily just get all their friends to vote for theirs, though I would love to see the fams fall apart when their leaders start forcing members to vote for them :lol1:
I don't know about wardrobe wars. Seems a bit prone to get your friends to vote for you. Hopefully the costume rewards won't be all that special. Does sound like they are going to be pretty exclusive. And yes the Showcase vid does seem to have items from last week. Not sure what is up with that. Also not sure where the info came from given the Blog hasn't updated as yet.
About 15 seconds of stuff shown is already released, that's less than usual shame most of the new stuff shown is more companions ugh and at a guess that diamond costume (which just looks terrible -_-) will probably be no less than $9.99
i will enter the wardrobe wars contests because people like my costume creations already, i just hope people with merged costumes are disqualified. also i piece outfits should not count. you can check out most of my costumes in my photo albums on here, so if you see mine in there vote for it!
I like the idea behind wardrobe wars, but obviously, its flawed. While I wanted to think that the PS home community would be responsible enough to judge its own contest, it has become apparent during the first day of it's release that we aren't mature enough to handle that yet. At least half of the entries I have seen and voted on have not been remotely theme related, and will have scores higher than those genuinely trying. Additionally, it says a lot about the community when the higher posted scores belong to scantily-clad female avatars, again, without any theme relation.
I have to agree with this, as soon as I heard about this I had my doubts. There are too many immature idiots on home who will ruin this and those who are actually trying to win in a legit way are only going to be left in the dust. I am not even going to waste my time on this event.
Well now I feel like a dolt, I didn't realize there was a theme. I will check next time I can log into Home, its saying Network Error constantly now. I dressed my guy in undies and placed a Pop Goes the Weazel head on him. Its a statement about the need to see the scantily clad chicks strutting around home (he says while looking down his nose at the world with one eye, while peeping at the girls with the other).
