If you want to make it more accurate, it's shopping district. Downtown is somewhat ok depending on where you live, but the word downtown to US people is central business district, which differs in this case.

Looks like it has actual working Pacinko machines. That looks like fun...how long until they release more things in NA? It seems I have missed tons of stuff I really want to check out especially with the Museum coming out. I want giant fossils!

Those are pinball machines and needs Granzella tickets to play.
Also it seems the lounge is rated 17 (not sure if it's restricted or just an atmosphere for adults)

Haha, my wife just told me about this last night from her cel phone. Very very cool. But if you do need to use Granzella tickets to play these new mini games, I think I will stop using them at the 3rd digging site and save them for this.

Thanks for posting a link to the video.

Its granzella so it cant be just tickets there must be at least 3 or 4 thousand yen worth of stuff to match, granzella dont do rewards unless theres money to be made, is it truly a reward if you have paid more than its worth to get it.

Well, from playing all the mini games, unless your Japanese is on point it will be hard to get points to exchange for rewards without using tickets (tickets cost 100yen for 10). The serving drinks/food mini games give you in-game money (the top value)
which you can use to order food or drinks. After eating or drinking you get er.. 'happy points' (at least thats what my wife said they were). There are the 2nd value from the top and it's the same one used to exchange for rewards. This process is totally free, and seems like the best way to earn points... if you can read Japanese that is.

Playing the pachinko game is a no brainer; it's all about luck. You do need to use a ticket to play though. When you start the game you are given 25 balls. You shoot them one at a time, trying to get them in the little holes. If this happens you are rewards with more balls to play with. You can quit the game at any time by pressing [x]. When you quit, your balls are converted into points. The more balls you have when you quit the better.

I played the other arcade mini game once. It also takes a ticket. I got to the 5th level, but I don't remember if I got any points from playing the game or not.

So to recap, if you can read Japanese and are willing to save up your points for a very very long time it's possible to get all the rewards without using a ticket or spending any yen at all. And unless you are a really lucky with the pachinko game, the serving/drinking loop would pay out more anyways...

known as freemium play, where if you play it free it gets boring and out of date before you win, granzella has been a bit out of order with its upgrades though releasing one level of upgrade one week then few weeks later releasing a better upgrade, getting people to buy twice as many upgrades as needed, good for short term business, bad long term business sense, so I wont buy any upgrades now, meaning, I dont play the games meaning I dont hang out in granzella spaces, knock on effect of friends list system is it works like a pyramid, a few stop playing or going and the space goes dead.

Wonder if we'll get that in NA? Almost seems they're as slow to update here as IREM was.

So... anyone gonna post up some translations from the space to help others along? I honestly have no idea what I'm doing, managed to get 3 rewards from that bingo machine but struggling to do anything else :(

Edit: ok from purely guessing I somehow managed to end up with just over 500 of the top points, after using that on food ended up with 160 points on the bottom...
