From gamerpunch.net : Every Single PSN User May Receive Uncharted 3 Beta Sony had promised that its ‘Welcome Back’ package for PSN users would offer 30 days free PlayStation Plus access. It appears that due to this every single PSN user may get access to the Uncharted 3 beta. Sony had said its Welcome Back package will include 30 days of free PlayStation Plus access to new as well as existing members. Now that the PlayStation Network is starting to roll back online for all territories worldwide, the return of the PlayStation Store (required to receive the welcome back pack’s contents) is scheduled to return on May 30th. If, and it probably will, the PlayStation Store comes back online after or on May 28, then it means every PSN user will have PS Plus access for 30 days from then on. The Uncharted 3 beta starts on June 28 for PlayStation Plus subscribers so this inevitably means that all PSN users will have PlayStation Plus long enough to redeem an Uncharted 3 beta code.
Can't Wait To Try The UC3 Beta ;D It Seem Like Everyone For Themselves ? o_o .. Looks Interesting From The Gameplays I Have Seen On Gametrailers.
Does the free 30-day subscription start from the time the store opens or from the time you choose to sign up for PSN+ (probably within a specified time frame)? It might make sense to wait a little while to start the free trial if that's an option.
Well if the store returns on the 24th May, like is going around the net then people would miss the Beta, but might make a few sign up for it mind you.
This is looking very likely now, 2 more days and it's guaranteed we'll all have plus when the beta hits :laughing:
