e-motes and antidotes

I love my Home personal spaces but to be honest the pools drive me crazy! I love the fact they have such swanky pools and they look great, but sometimes I ask myself what’s the point? You can walk into the pools but that’s about it. You can don a swimsuit but other than that the frolic factor is pretty small. I have tried to use e-motes to simulate some kind of swimming or “yea, I’m having fun in the pool!” gestures, but the closest I can come up with is the cheer/celebrate e-mote. I hope the developers can give us an action like “swim” or “splash” to go with the great pools they are designing. I’m not complaining just looking to make it a better experience. Until then I’ll be “sitting” in the hot tub.

Haha. Once youre in the outdoor spa area, and you look at yourself through the water (hard to explain) all your hair comes off! Lol. It looks really wierd, and if you have an accessory in your hair, it just floats above your head.

Thank you for the laugh!! I guess, you can be creative and use the moves you have to kind of make it look like swimming!!! Sometimes when I am on my Santorini Yacht, I sit in the hot tub instead of on the side and it looks like I am under water. The thing is the graphics are so amazing, I just wish there was more moves.

I totally agree! I have the tropical escape, and I am happy with it. But I would love to be able to go into the ocean like you can at the Seaside of Memories. By the way, has anyone else noticed the strange glitch in the back yard hot tub? The first time I got into the water, I nearly had a heart attack.

Funny blog!!! I'm with you on the pool thing! Wish they sold a float that was interactive. At Tropical Escape I wish you could go into the ocean. I put my inflatable ring on the water and then I kind of move it so I could sit on it, but it would be cooler if it floated. The other thing I do at the Hollywood Hills place is the cheer e-mote and pretend to jump off the side of the pool. Maybe in time they will develop more actions you could do. I guess for now, "sitting" in the hot tub will have to do!!

Yes!!
The inflatable ring doesn't even float. You can sit on it on the bottom of the pool and use the clap e-mote to say...I'm drowning hooray! lol!!
