I got this for $3.50 in NA region. There was no pre-publicity about it so I got it blind. It is basically an empty small room. It came with a t-shirt, a trash can and a wall hanging. Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have purchased it. If it was $1.99 maybe, but not at $3.50.
