Decided to make a list of what I like and don't like so far. The point is to get opinions out and find out if these issues are supposed to be or just glitches. Likes: The game reminds me of SimCity with a twist of Civilisation Series. There is allot to do with allot of space to do it in. I love how you can actually walk/drive the streets and collect money as you're going around. The building aspect of the game is impressive also but I do have some issues with cost (I will explain that later). There are many features to add on and many missions to complete as Mayor of your very own town/city. Don't Like: I noticed today on my second day of playing, something that really bothered me. Aside from the fact that you have to earn to buy, which I have no problem with. The workers you have are also part of that! The need to use workers to collect revenue (if you don't have gold coins that cost real $). So next I noticed the timer. Last night I was at 1/30 workers. Common sense would dictate that if I shut down and go to sleep then in the morning I should have more workers. I was wrong, I still had 1/30 workers. This leads me to believe tat unless you buy those gold coins your stuck having to keep Home Tycoon running for loooooong periods of time, just to be able to collect the money you earn. What do you think? Is this a glitch or on purpose? What do you like/don't like about this game?
What I dislike is that you have to be in you Home Tycoon space for the timer to run to get workers, and it's like a 10 minute wait just to get one worker
I just felt like commiting suicide... I kept trying to throw myself onto the train tracks... Somebody buy me a sunlit meadow!!! I'm just gonna go & buy the Asylum pack for my build it myself house/apartment
LOL to funny. I do feel like i'm wasting my day waiting for workers right now. Could use some friends on my list also to collect tourism revenue. Once I get money im going to buy crime/punishment pack. That will give me more way to make some revenue.
yeah, i loved it all until i found out the timer doesn't go while you're not there -.- i try to have friends over and just chat like we do anywhere else i do like being able to drive around and collect money/dicounts/workers though
The worker timer is actually bugged, Hellfire confirmed it is suppose to count down whilst your away and are working on a fix for it.
Not regional friendly, with regards to visiting friends citys! If you have a full friends list, you will find that travel at the station takes for ever to load, if at all! This is not the case on a fresh acc'. Once you do purchase any coins or pac, thats when the game gets realy buggy. You are then constantly bombarded with reminders on what new purchases will do to improve your game(wich i found to be an unpleasent in-your-FACE Fugly marketing!) "some issues with cost" NOT EVEN going THERE!! When the coin thang stopped working altogether and the freezing started up, I then noted that an option for using your cash earned to use as purchase for in game coins is Not an option in all regions?? and a 10 minute wait..... WELL! a wait to get one worker is realy a 15min wait, vertual timer is way off!! After such a BiG Hipe-Up the last 4 months! And Yes the Game has some impresive feachers crambed in! CramedInn is Realy what the Game aut' to be called! Happy waiting( i an't ) W.W .W folks Beta or No Beta ?? 2days later after this place, i'm OVER it, seems all games even once patched-up in PSHome Do Not work correctly .
I waited in the station for ten minutes, but couldn't find any place to start the game, what am I missing?
I'll be happy to trade the Meadow with you, I've been wanting it myself for some time now. (Would be perfect for the Mercia stuff!) My PSN is the same; jonaso94, I'll be back from vacation on Saturday/Sunday (depending on your geographic location) so we could do it on Sunday maybe?
