Sony have started to send beta invites to select users for the PlayStation 4 Firmware 2.50 update, the invites have reportedly been sent out to PlayStation MVP's and Beta testers and like normal it was not long before someone leaked details of the planned update. Images of the patch notes that have been leaked out show one of the main new features is the game/app "suspend/resume", this lets a user to place the PS4 into suspend mode without the game/app being closed down, so that you can resume the game/app just where you left it without having to reload the game. Other new features bring Button mapping, along with updates to trophies and share play and more, another leaked image shows that you will also be able to backup all data, even games/apps to USB HDD's.
