      "Another re-skin"
Pros - It's a reward so it's free for doing "challenges" everyday for a couple of weeks.
Cons - They dumped the wallpaper function (from the original) Would it have been to much to ask to have left it in? I don't expect much for free rewards but this is just a re-skin. With Home being so slow as it is, this is just another space i will never use and it will slow me down even more (if that's possible).
If you don't have many spaces, go for it. It's free, but for a few bucks there are MUCH better spaces to be had.

At first I got disappointed with the apartment, I thought it would have the changing wall painting possibility. But I have to say it gives you the chance to decorate with more style than the original harbor one (I guess we all have it loaded with items that we have received along the time). Finally using the light items in a certain way you achieve a lovely surrounding and the sound of rain makes it very relaxing and romantic.
Yes maybe previous apartments in challenges were more spectacular but honestly the point is to enjoy the space. The blimp was nice to see and so but personally I havent't been there in ages. Same with the Temple, it was really nice and so and a challenge to decorate but... how often you go back there?
I think the point in PSHome apartments is how good you feel inside.
Of course every one has its own priorities and tastes... I love my Little BIg Planet place and its really weird to live in to say it nice, but i love its eccentric character.
On the other hand my PSHome Mansion (I bought all the spaces) is just boring in its awesomeness... no chance to decorate much being so full of furniture... just a showoff for visitors.
Sometimes simple is better as this challenge apartment... and we have to remember it's for free.

Well, that's disappointing. I'd heard it was supposed to be a different version of Harbour Studio, but now that I've seen it it's even more unimpressive. :/
