    "Diamond Beach Mansion Second Floor"
Pros - Has rewards for guests. Interactive shower. Balcony. Almost seamless transition from 1st floor to 2nd.
Cons - Price is way too high. Design is blocky. Water in bathtub looks like mud. Home theatre has content not worth watching. Bed is interactive but pose is exactly the same as beds in x7 (avatars too far apart). While easy transition from 1st to 2nd floor is nice, it means only 100 items can be placed on BOTH floors.
This could have been a knockout. Lack of attention to details, cheap appearance and high price ruined it.
