    I put in the answer already, Hops. Just highlight my recent post, and there's the answer hidden underneath the hint. XD

      Can you only play peakvox monster 3 times a day?

      The 3 times a day is when you play as host, but only for high points and buying red crystals and using one of them buys you 3 more chances. The stopwatch gives you x3 the points on any mission (including those you help out) but only for a limited time. There's an unlimited number of times you can choose under the friends/partner option, but you only get the second batch of points.

      ok thx Recca. I don't see other people that I can jump in with often, but I can at least use my 3 a day and have others join me. There is a lot I don't understand about the game, but I think I can pull off the basic earning points and getting items part when I am able to spend some time there.

      Yeah like Recca said, you get three plays each day. But you can either option to pay yen for the red crystals or buy one red crystal for 15000 points but that kind of makes it difficult to use the points for training your creature or buying other stuff accessories/healing potions.

      I've been playing it quite awhile, a good time to join others usually seems to be around 9:00PM Central Time. If you get an empty server, chances are there is a fuller server and you can sometimes access it if you return to your harbor then try again until you get the fuller server. But as soon as you arrive the other people's rooms might not appear for a few moments(Roughly no more then a minute or so) And be warned you have to join quickly or they will become full before you know it.

      Also the stand to the right of the long walkway leading to the coliseum is for training your creatures and swapping which ones you use, and equipping the healing potions and other items you obtain from the item shop(The purple whale)

      The purple whale has three options, first is where you buy scrolls it gives you more training options for your monsters. The second is where you can sell the materials you have in the labs mind you they don't sell for much unless they are pretty high levels. The third option has many things including the healing items which are at the top of the item list top healing 25% for 50 points and the one directly under it heals 50% for 300 points, the 3x point clock, the red crystal which grants 3 more plays, both of those are the 15000 costing one that has 0/1 at it usually. And right above them is a potion that brings you back to life if you die. It costs 1000 and also has the 0/1 if you don't have one yet, if you did it would show 1/1

      Sorry for the long rambling, hope that was somewhat useful to anyone. ^_^;

        Damian thanks a bundle! I've been playing for a while and was up to 97% complete before the update. That was the best general summary of the gameplay I've seen so far, thanks again. I've never bought the large red crystal for 15000p so I have difficulty seeing how that would "make it difficult" to use points for training one's creature though.

        I am confused however about a few things... Been in the dark for a while over these items:

        1. What are the little "red heart" icons that appear underneath player icons during a co-op game?

        2. Is there any strategy for "when" to buy my Attack/Defense upgrades for a given pet? Some of my pets can purchase an upgrade that increases all 4 stats simultaneously, whereas most of my pets can only buy upgrades that increase 2 stats at a time. I have no idea how to get the Training Kiosk to give me this "enhanced" upgrade option.

        3. I've equipped the old peakvox weapons to give me +15 ATT and +8 DEF but perhaps someone can suggest a more optimal combo of weaponry and magic and/or healing...

        4. What's the minimum Att/Def upgrade stat needed to use on Boss Quest #36 which gives the combo sword/shield reward.

        Whew! :)

          No problem! I'm glad I could be of help. The red crystals costing 15000 points is nice but then you need points to train your pets as well so that's why I said it can make training a bit difficult.

          The red hearts under a player's icon is showing that they are using the private slot, in other words they are on the room creator's friend list. It's reserved slots so you can get let your friends to play with you easier. You can have up to 3 reserved slots, it's also a way to play by yourself but there isn't a big reason for that unless you just don't like playing with other people or want to beat up all the creatures by yourself, which may or may not grant you a bit more experience in some cases, of this I am still not 100% sure on. To set it to reserved right before creating the room you hit Triangle several times, first i believe sets it as 1 private two public, again for 2 private one public and once more for all three privates.

          The strategy in training can be various IMO, and depends on each creature. I mean for the earlier stages I don't see much point cause creatures like Jack and such can pretty much handle themselves for a bit and you only need them to reach level 5 before becoming the next stage now that's when you really need to start training. I've only leveled up the zombies to Fran-Chan and the Dragons to the Purple thunder(The one right before his final stage) Cause I haven't gotten the pet from the labs yet xD So I'm not an expert or anything.. But with things like the Dragon he ran through it pretty fast just leveling up his Defense and Attack stat with the train that ups both of them at once, and as the creature progresses in levels the trains will start granting more at a time and maybe even magic or hp with that train as well. Also I love the Dragon cause he has a automatic ability that grants more points every time you finish a mission. xD Also the other stand near the whale is like a reset for the creatures, you can reset all of their stats so if you don't like how you've handled them you can do it over, I can't remember if it resets just the stats or the level as well, cause for my B rank dragon, level 25 is max and Fran-Chan level 35 is max. And if you can't get the levels again I don't see how you'd re-obtain the training sessions, so yeah it probably resets the level. ^^;

          I'm sorry but I don't know much about how/if the peakvox weapons/armor effect the stats. :/ Still working on that one myself.

          I'm not exactly sure what mission that 36 is. >.< Do you know what enemies are in it?

          Hope I was useful a little. ^^;

            Question: At certain times, my friendship pet levels can go up very quickly, while others tend to drag very little. When does this actually occur?

            Friendship level is a bit stubborn.. When you start out it seems to me that every creature will grow one level for just finishing the first mission(15 Jacks) but I can almost swear it might depend on how many of the Jacks you actually defeat, say you defeat all 15? Yeah any creature probably will grow to level 1, then the Jacks will probably still get you a level or nearly a level for finishing it again, BUT while level 0,1,2 whichever if you say finish one of the hardest missions, it will hardly give you any experience. It depends on your level, the lower level the pet you need to be doing missions based around it's level.. A level 5 pet will probably gain a bunch if you fight the 20 Orange Dragon battle, which is the one with the ?! at the end and gives 600 to the room creator and 200 to anyone else. But I might be mistaken, you might have to get level 6 or even 7 or 8 then the dragons will give a lot, but only for a level or two. Then you'll need something a little higher then that battle, maybe the 830 big flower boss(Whose music I love hearing xD) And so on. Like a level 10-15 might make a bunch of experience off of say.. The devils? 1100 battle, and the unicorns 1200 battle. But with the weaker creatures? The zombies are a good bet, or at a lower level the other ones where you just knock the creatures off the platform. Cause that way you don't have to worry about taking damage. It gets rough to get levels after I'd say level 25. Um I hope my post isn't too confusing. >.<

            I played Peakvox Monster nearly all night long xD And got to 96% the Succubus was the boss in the last mission I did, and now in the shop there is a Male and Female item listed at 75000 points... I'm pretty sure that's the Pirate outfit which grants you the Succubus to be conjured. I might know for sure by tomorrow night if I can come up with 75000 points.

            Yes, those are it. You don't need to put on the costume when you get them and go to the Labs. Just talk to Hibiki, and it'll open up for you. I got mine done last night.

              For every mission, there is a descriptor in the lower left-hand corner of the lobby screen that reads "入手友好度ポイント".
              This means "Degree (percentage) of friendship points obtained" and gives a value from 5 to 100. In other words, depending on your pet's level and on the mission chosen, you can fill from 5% to 100% of your friendship bar in order to level up.

              So if your creature is starting at Level 0, playing the first one or two missions using that pet will fill the bar to 100 both times and you will become Level 2. After that, the rate of levelling will start decreasing to 80% for mission 3, then 70% for the mission 4 if you've levelled up, and so on. Eventually you will only be able to get a 5% increase once you're somewhere around Level 25 as Damian as noticed.

              To save time, I usually don't join a session unless the number of hearts it gives is at least 14-20% for me. The only reason you'd want to join the higher level missions as a Participant is in order to get more 報酬 reward points to trade at the Exchange Shop.

              Hope that helps! :)

                Thanks for the info on the red heart reserve slots!

                Yep, I would love to discuss more points-allocation/levelling up strategies anytime. Is the Flower Doll the only creature that has an automatic Healing Spell, or can other creatures get that ability by levelling up, as well?

                Oh so THAT'S why my White Axlotl (Mexican-Salamander-whatever) is suddenly getting a 1.3x bonus on reward points...

                Ditto...

                I haven't played that one yet. Mission 36 伝説の英霊 is a solo-play quest that was the final boss-monster mission in the previous update. You win the Paladin Shield for clearing that mission.
                I just wanted to know (in general) how strong should I make my Rank A monster without wasting points. Beef him up to what, 1000 Attack Defense??? My poor Salamander is only Level 6 right now.

                No problem, glad I could be of help. ^^

                So that's what those numbers on the bottom left do, I was always curious. Thanks for that information! :)

                Yup the Dragons(As I like to call them xD) Have a increase in points obtained. As for the Flower, I'm not positive if it's the only one that auto recovers Health or not, I'd say probably but don't hold me to that. xD

                As for the Stat thing, I'm still not honestly sure what's best. I mean for pets like the Dragons/Dinosaurs/Chickens, You obviously need more attack/defense then say Magic. But with The Sheep it already has a lot of defense, so upping it's attack along the way while steadily increasing it's defense would be best. And the flower and forest spirit probably need magic, although the flower might be able to attack close up, I have doubts the forest spirit has any need for attack, I've played it's two forms and it can only seem to fire attacks from a distance.

                As for your A rank, If it's the Dragon/Salamander, It can get pretty buff, usually I see the veteran players using it. I don't know it's base stats cause it's the only from I don't have.. Cause you need at least one Green potion for it, and I'm out of yen and have no way of getting another potion since I used my free ones for Fran-Chan. I have no A Ranks, but I do have Fran-Chan and I mostly used the training option that ups her attack and defense at the same time. She is level 35 now and can pretty much handle any mission alone, though I probably could have trained her a bit better..

                Odd, so Mission 36 would be one of the few you have to solo? does it give like 450 points? I've played a few, and in them you have to protect an AI controlled blue forest spirit. I never fought the little knight guy, nor do I have the Paladin shield, at least I don't think I do. Does it show up in the shop like the Pirate outfit? And if so does anyone know for how much?

                one friend beat the solo 35, with b salamander leveled high or maxed i think. I havent been able to beat it with whale b or devil b.

                Help! Dangitall.
                Okay, three (and now four) of us are now stuck on this one, the Paladin Shield quest: Mission 36 伝説の英霊 solo-play that was the final boss-monster mission in the previous Monster update. Has Peakvox changed the requirements for upgrading pets or something?

                I'm not getting anywhere with my White Salamander who currently has the following stats:

                As you can see, this pet now has the max Friendship level of 30 hearts, so it's not unlocking any new abilities.

                At Level 0, my Salamander had an Attack damage of 37-53. I've upgraded it over 22 times now and its Attack is still only 78 at max! I can see that other players are using their White Salamander (or Fran-Chan) to attack with 219 damage. Also I am getting a lot of damage when I'm attacked by Class B monsters, and I can't figure out how to use the HP Heal spell I unlocked.

                When I started purchasing abilities at 50p, I could upgrade my stat about 5-6 damage points. I'm now paying 2000p per upgrade and it's still only incrementing Attack by 10-11 damage points. What on earth am I doing wrong???

                Hmm. I believe your Salamander should have much more attack then that at it's current level. >.< Wait, your attack is 334? It shows you still have 26 trains? You should be able to use all of them if you make money. I would just use the train that boosts attack and defense, at first it doesn't train as much but soon it should start training more, but it never really trains anything more then 20 and that's if you use the single train option that only trains one stat. My Fran-chan has an attack of 650 or so and 500 defense, my Fiancee's Fran-chan has an attack of 700 xD

                PS: How does one unlock the Paladin mission? I've cleared all my missions, and have a completion rate of only 96% I unlocked the Succubus but still see now sign of the Paladin mission. >.< Do you have to do something I'm not aware of?

                Do you have the paladin shield? Should have been able to popup in the trade store when you finish the previous last mission before the update. (it's like 36th mission or something).

                Is it like the Pirate outfit? And appears separate for both Female and Male? If so then it has not appeared, and I cannot get any other missions to pop up. I've spoken to all the creatures around the space, even unlocked the Succubus, but I simply do not have the mission for the Paladin. Do you need the shield before the mission becomes available? I thought the shield would appear after completing the mission then buying it would unlock the monster.
