From what i have read so far, no one has spotted the new ones in stores yet. But im from the UK anyway so i have to count on someone passing me a code
Yet the site says the actual contest is jan 1st go figure.. the slurpee site actually has alot of LBP 2 point reward items.. but the home item isnt listed.
Although the promo techinically started today, I would say that participating 7-11's won't even have the promo cups until Monday or Tuesday, and I also haven't seen the KZ3 map, the LBP2 stickers, nor the Slurpee machine ornament they mention in that link on their website. I take it they still need to update the site?
7-11 codes are never too kind with me. Most of the time I go and enter the code it says its invalid or already used. Took a lot of tries to even get the Slurpee hoodie. Hoping better luck with this one. Also to note, isn't it a bit cold for a Slurpee this time of year?
I have several 7-11's nearby that participated in the last promo so if they are again this time, I will do what I can to get codes for some of you who cant get them in your area.
I thought it odd to start this promo now during winter. Who gets slurpees when it's cold? Hardcore Home users that's who I'm glad I have a 7-11 literally at the end of the block here.
well i think company have realised that gamers will buy almost anything if it is game related lol. i am glad you guys are close to a 7-11, the closest one to me is like 600 miles away lol.
Sadly the LBP does say below it 'beginning' in Feb I guess I'll end up doing what i did last time... buy a few dozen slurpee's.. >.> last promo... the local stores only had -.- YUCK flavors I ended up just pouring the goo in the sink
Lol. It's never too cold for slurpees or icees or jamba juice etc lol. I have no idea where a 7-11 is around here, so I'll be relying on here for codes but if I don't get the stuff it's no big deal. Maybe the point of the Promo is to actually get people to buy more during the cold season. It's been a lot colder this year then usual where I'm at. I was just at a convention and the Special Guests were like I wasn't expecting this, I packed for Cali lol.
If I see someone walking out of 7-11 with a few dozen slurpees, I think I know why Especially in this weather...
