From a huge loft right next to the cable car tracks, it's time to begin your new life in San Francisco.

Granzella proudly introduces our latest City by the Bay Loft “Window to the World” personal space -- which is in a real sense a compilation of Gz personal spaces--that will be on sale this week.

In this special installment of Granzella's Window to the World Personal Space series, there are as many as 72 reward items for you to collect. The reward items include cafe and garden furniture, flower beds and fountains to brighten up your backyard, garden arches, accessory shop items, Victorian lighting, chandeliers, and more.

A spacious 4 story loft, wooden balcony, and backyard with built in sprinklers; yours to decorate any way you like.

You can change the time of day, background music, wallpaper and lighting! The sprinklers really work!

Use curtains and carpets (sold separately) to customize each floor. What’s more, you can make it rain.

Come and bring your style to the City by the Bay!

It would be very helpful to know if guests can get the rewards and if they are region free. Seeing as how JP won't get this (or anything else for that matter). I think this is a major selling point that many devs overlook.

I can not see everyroom having its own 100 slots, thats a limit of the Home core itself.

Juggernaut have some active items that use few slots but work to let you place a set range of other items, this is a great idea to up the item count that other dev's should maybe look in to.

well, if its worth doing, its worth overdoing. some devs get it right, others are way the hell off the mark. GZ does that just about right every time.

I just got this space i lov it open plan so much setting but the downside is only 99 slots for the whole place so it looks bare but the items from the chests are cool and yes 72 of them i never need to buy any more furniture items again lol here is a tip to finding all the item chests change the time of day each time you do it a new chest pops up and my guests got some chests rewards too

I found the accurate address of this apartment house.
800 Powell Street, San Francisco, CA 94108

There university club is in real.
U can see the big hotel with Gz flags.
That must be Stanford Court San Francisco.
And we can see oakland bay bridge and Golden Gate bridge from the roof , it taught me the address on google map.
