First of all, i recommend this highly to any anime or manga fans, this is the absoulte perfect space for all of you guys, it has the actual Anime style with even the furniture and wall hangings matching!!!!!!!! For everyone else, this space has great views over the city and plenty of space to place all your trophies and collectibiles, but witht the lack of interactiveness, it can be pretty depressing sometimes, but the style and value is highly worth it, you cannont get close to what Sony did with matching the anime style so well!!!

    ANIME

If you are a Sci-Fi fan then I highly recommend this apt.

For me, it is the best looking of any Sci-Fi spaces offered on HOME. This space boasts stark clean lines and neutral colours, which make it easy to decorate in many styles. You can go ultra high-tech/modern, or funk it up with a mix of anitque looking bits instead, for that quirky look.

The term Anime might deceive some younger fans (20 and under) of the genre and they may not understand how this got classified as such. It is simply more reminiscent of old school Anime styles such as Alita Battle Angel, Bubblegum Crisis, Akira, Patlabor, etc. Not so much in keeping with the goofier "way too large" eyes and bobble head look of Sailor Moon or DragonBall Z *shudders*. This is rendered in the most eye pleasing sci-fi Anime style ever to hit the pages of graphic novels kids, and done very well. It's a 2D skin wrapped over a 3D frame, making it truly feel like you are inside a graphic novel.

Specifics: The surrounding outside city scape is done beautifully and feels something like Corruscant or a clean environment in Blade Runner. There are really 4 separate area's in this apt. that you can decorate and chill out in.

State Monkey above me, has stated that there is a secret room. I have found no such room, and expect he is referring to the sliding door that leads downstairs to the lower exterior patio area.

While sitting in this space you can watch the city traffic fly by all day and night and listen to the quiet drone of the vehicles. Some find the sound soothing, and some annoying.... I have found it to be both depending on my mood.

My biggest disappointment with this space is the lack of interactivity or games. There is simply none of either. If I was to be a bit more picky, other disappointments are the lack of furniture. It comes with one couch (set under the upper staircase) and three chairs set in front of computer monitors... and that's it. Depending on your style though, these things might attract you more than they did me... leaving you more room to decorate as you wish. It also would have been nice to see these computer screens given some animations, (with their animations rotating between screens) but sadly, they are just boring static images of what is imo a rather ugly Mech.
The large glass shelves on the main floor living area are fantastic for displaying all your hard earned (or paid for) HOME ornaments and have a huge amount of space between them (I estimate the distance to be from 2 1/2 to 3 feet between them, ideal for larger items)

As with all HOME environments, there simply isn't enough memory alloted to filling up this space to make it look as good as it could. I have a dance area with lights and flooring, and my main room is amply filled (but not overly so).... but the upper levels are virually empty other than a bed and lamp due to the "far too low" memory for items we are allowed to decorate with. Another nice feature (as with all personal spaces) that would be a nice, would be the ability to change the overal lighting. This space would look even more amazing in dimmer light.
But that's only if I was being picky. I'm not... it's a fantastic space and my personal favourite.

Although this space is a bit stark looking in the photos, you can add many wall decorations and place things on the shelving, which is a big bonus in my mind. The matching furniture pack plus some creativity makes the place inviting. I decorated it at xMass, and use it as a large space to entertain. Not my favorite space, but easy to customize and good for a beginner.
